One of the issues is whether gay soldiers should be allowed to be in the military and share the same privileges as straight soldiers. | It's about the qualifications of the person both mentally and physically. Just because a guy prefers other men to women, or a woman prefers other women to men, does not mean that they are incapable of handling a job. By keeping the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, it's like the government is saying that homosexuals and bisexuals are too "handicapped" to do the job. That's just not fair.
